Reservoir Project: Let there be water! Part II

In 2019 the amount of water St. Gabriel's well was able to supply to the school and community showed signs of diminishing threatening the quality of life for both the school and the village. So, Friends of Fontaine undertook the building of a robust rain harvesting system that would guarantee water security for many decades to come. The reservoir can store close to 180,000 gallons of water and has the potential to meet the school's domestic and agricultural needs. The pavilion will expand our rain harvesting system by 60% so that we can harvest 9,000 gallons of water with only one inch of rain.
