St.Gabriel's School Garden

One of our mission's most significant accomplishments has been the incorporation of a three-acre garden into the school program.

Not only does the garden serve as a source of food for the students and the community but, for the first time, students working in the three-acre garden have an opportunity to learn how a modern irrigated approach to agriculture could enhance Haiti’s food production.

The crops planted are some of the most important crops in Haiti: beans, bananas, papaya, peppers and more!
